The smoker itself is easy to set up, easy to operate, and awesome to use. I cooked on it for 4 days straight with no issues. I made beef jerky, bacon, a ham, and summer sausage. All smoked/cooked perfectly. Love the Bluetooth and WiFi I was able to run errands and monitor/adjust temps. That was very handy when making the summer sausage and temps had to be adjusted pretty much every hour. Customer service was extremely helpful once I reached out to them. Thank you Allison. I have owned the original PK 100 for a couple years and I never thought anyone could be that for a residential electric smoke house. But Pro Smoker comes back up to bat and cranks out a grand slam home run on the new Pro Max 100S!!! The impeccable craftsmanship is still the same but the upgraded features like the very easy to use WiFi controller, cart, side shelf and the new double door feature, not only makes it more efficient, it also makes it a lot easier to cook with!!! Great job Pro Smoker, you built the new best residential electric smoke house on the market! Bonus is, you can even use it to smoke up some BBQ!!
