All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. You have 30 days to return items from the day you receive them if you are unhappy with them. Some items are subject to a restocking fee (please ask before returning). Any merchandise returned to us must be unused, undamaged and in resealable condition. All shipping charges are to be prepaid. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without a return authorization will be refused.
Please report any breakage or damage to the first carrier. Do not return damaged items to us without first contacting the carrier. We must receive notice of damaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to keep the packaging. UPS may not pay for damaged goods unless they can inspect the original package.
Warranties on products not manufactured by Pro Smoker are warranted by the manufacturer. Neither Pro Smoker or the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise.
We guarantee all items in this catalog to be correctly described and suitable for the purpose mentioned and free of defects. Our liability is to accept the return of defective merchandise and repair for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Due to the continuing efforts to improve our products, we reserve the right to make changes and also to discontinue any item.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a home smoker or dry ager. Here's our return policy for those units:
Full Refund: You may return your smoker or dry ager, unused and in working condition, within 30 days after delivery for a full refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the unit, including freight charges.
Restocking Fee: A $250 restocking fee will apply to all returns, deducted from the refund amount.
Used Units: If the unit has been used and you wish to return it within 30 days, it will undergo an inspection and approval process by our technicians before refunds are processed. Used unit refund will be based on condition of returned unit.
Misuse and Manual: Failure to follow the provided manual or evidence of misuse will result in a void of the refund. In such cases, the unit will be returned to you at your expense.
