"I own and operate Ruddell’s Smokehouse in Cayucos, California. I specialize in smoked sea food. I am writing to you because I want to tell you about a 150SS smoker that you sold me in July of 2001. This machine has been in continuous use for nine and a half years. (By the way, his name is Leroy) During the spring and summer months I use it six days a week, sometimes seven. This time of year I run it three or four days a week. I have had no significant problems with this unit. The only problems I have had have been self-inflicted (i.e. dripping stuff on the heating element). This is the best piece of equipment in my store. Everything else I can buy is junk.
